Online learning is quick and effective

It was relatively simple to navigate.

Well set out course with quick responses to submitted questions

Would not recommend to anyone needing a white card, Made a booking for the class cancelled 5 days prior online, was told I didnt and told I had to pay the whole course again. Ripped off

Use of use and clear course notes.

I found that the support that I received when I encountered both technical problems and problems with one question in particular was quick and dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

I loved that it was an open book assessment so I could assure my responses and still challenge myself

Magnificent

When I got stuck on a question, and email for help, the reply was quick and help to put me on the right track

I paid the money thinking I had finished as per the prompt then realised I still had 2 modules to complete I thought that was very misleading.
Tried to organize final assessment, had to pay another $35, and had me over a barrel as EOT were aware that I needed certificate immediately or would have lost the job.
So had to pay for priority booking, underhanded deceitful and would never recommend>

User friendly and the course content was relevant and informative. I liked that it was fully online and you can pick up and pause it as you need.

Telephone assessment:
The assessor should encourage the person she is assessing with encouraging words like:thats correct, well done, congratulation.
After every correct answer.
That would help a lot as everyone is nervous while being assessed.

Some information relating to the questions were a little vague but overall it was pretty good.
