Flexibility of doing it from home, clarity and conciseness of the course. I did however feel that if you have a phone system you should have staff to answer the phone. I made several calls and never managed to speak to anyone. Then after frustration i sent a message.

Ability to go back and review sections, also ability to print out the complete training manual.

It would be better to know about the USI requirement before starting the course.

Regards to shopping, the only items received and expected was the certificate and the card.

First time lve done anything like this on line, l was warned it was hard and there was some very bad services anout but this was a breeze very straight forward. I like the price matching and payments at the end. Was so happy with my experience l gave all your details to my employment job seekers provider to use for all their clients.
