Ease of use yes it was easy to do it on line had id been told up front i was getting a Queensland white card and not a nsw white card i would not have done it complete waste of money i feel ripped off you should tell people up front they are getting a Queensland card not nsw card putting a form in with the card to explain the queensland card at the completion ripoff i say i would like a refund but dont like my chances
