Online format: Occasionally there are proofing errors, and sometimes the cursor in the free-text bar is unresponsive, and to write in an answer you must find some other way (like using the Tab key, or scrolling down using the Arrow keys and repeatedly clicking on the box).
Easy instructions to follow
1. I haven't done a course for YEARS and certainly not on-line so I was happy that I could go at my own pace and move about easily. I did enjoy the whole exercise.
2. The marking procedure was nicely done with big green ticks :) (and, yes, I got two red crosses, one because I hadn't quite understood the question and thought it was a trick one and the other because I'd got over-confident and rushed through it, not reading the multiple choice answers properly.
2. My only frustration/criticism is the manual that was 80 pages long - that's a lot of mouse scrolling! It seemed very American in style with a lot of repetition. I would like to see it re-written and condensed to about 50 pages. I'm even happy to put my hand up for that!
