Like me, many others I have talked to have lost money with this trainer through there online training. The website is misleading and will lets you pay the full amount even if you aren't eligible. They will only refund a small amount. I would not recommend this company. There information is not all there and falls well short of the WHS guidelines. Don't loose you money.

Initially, the online assessment ran smoothly, however navigating the web site is not straightforward.
The layout is confusing and I don't feel the process around the time that would be required for your marking system was made clear before commencement. The payment occurring in the middle of the course with no advice at that time that there was another component to complete further compounded the confusion.
Now, there is no capacity on your site to book a time for a call for the 2nd oral assessment and I am still unable to complete this certificate.
No, I would not recommend your service to anyone at this point..

I urge anyone getting a construction induction card to go straight to work safe.
I was made to make payment straight up and was made to jump through hoops to get it.
I ended up going to work safe for a quick easy transaction.
Also eottraing did not even respond when I requested a refund.
