Very clear, precise, and easy to follow.

Easy straight forward and informative. The certificate came crumpled and damaged, they did not use a a cardboard backing to protect. Australia Post do not honor the "Do Not Bend" notices, they never have and never will.

Great training in all areas.

My only concern was that I got a Queensland white card instead of a Victorian one, but apparently the online Queensland one can be used in Victoria, so all good.

I loved learning about how to professionally deal with patrons who were intoxicated when entering the bar.I loved how the training would allow me to try and correct my mistakes and how it also included some videos.

Super simple, cheap guides you through it step by step all from the comfort of your own home. Even snuck in a couple of beers. Will use again if the need arises

I think all information is very important.

I needed a White Card asap. I passed my course in 4 hours, that's including organising a JP to witness and sign all relevant documents. The course was very easy to navigate due to the way it is structured. At the same time I learned a great deal in construction health and safety and the laws that apply.

All the information was readily available if needed
