I understood that the course was completed after completing the questions and paying for the course, and now I informed that there are extra audio and visual aspects that are to be completed. I would have appreciated that these were notified to me before this stage. I work away from the office and find it very inconvenient to be able to do these, not being completely computer savy. Not even sure if my computer has a camera, or even how to set it up, to do the visual with you people. I would appreciate some advice on what I am supposed to do about this, as I still have use for the white card.

Material covered all aspects of the industry. A lot of questions to answer. The web site has some issues. I had to redo some recordings twice and the video does not work at all. I had to do it over Skype witch took over 2h25 min to set up.
The questions were clear and the manual was very helpful.
