The first part was quick and easy. The audio section was painful. I had to ring twice to get them to finish marking my answers.

Good course, some basic safety information, but there was a lot that sometimes gets overlooked on job sites.
Some of the answers were funny
Being able to refer back the relevant section of the training manual by clicking on the slide prompt was a great help when answering questions.
Being able to do the course from home was another fantastic benefit.
I would have liked some better customer service though. I contacted EOT twice via the website to seek confirmation that my audio assessment had been received, but no one got back to me. I couldn't understand why an icon for the audio assessment read, "Resume" after I had completed it. Days later, it has still read, "Resume", so I can only assume that it hasn't uploaded. Apart from that, I think this is a great way to gain a qualification.
The process was fairly straight forward and the price was fair.
Found the RSA to be positive on the work that I'm looking for very helpful
