I would suggest that you ensure the customer's name is printed so as to be visible through the envelope 'window'.
My name was not printed above the address (c/o Post Office). A supervisor opened the envelope to check for any identifying info. Fortunately for me, one of the other staff knew who I was and where I live. Apparently, according to Post Office personnel, this happens with eot.edu communications 'a lot'. I would think that not putting the customer's name visibly has meant that you have probably mislaid quite a few communications.

Given an overall percentage of the correct answers. I know if 3/4 are wrong and the 4th is right, the applicant should still be placed on a percentage graph? And a final score given at the end. All or most courses average a 70+% pass.
