Comprehensive, reasonably easy to access sometimes a little confusing in regards to the admin, but the course was pretty straightforward. I had a little problem with the price because in the info section i selected need for employment starting in 7 days which meant i didn't qualify for the discount. It would be good if there was a popup warning to say that if you make this selection you won't be eligible for the discount and it took me an hour or more trying to work it out. Because i did the written part of the course on a weekend there was no admin to ask and it didn't seem easily answerable in the FAQs, so after sending off a few emails i eventually stumbled across the problem through my own detective work...I had some technical issues with the audio questions only because when you press submit, you sometimes need to hit the little x to close the pop up box to move forward and that is not immediately apparent, so i got stuck and when i rang up support they quickly had someone call me back and we did the audio test over the phone which went very well. I recommend this course through eot.
