Your ask for feedback after the 137 multiple choice questions instead of at the completion of the white card course. Of course your going to get good feedback at that point as you are lead to believe thats the course complete. Then there are the audio and video questions
You should provide a tracking number for the card and certificate since it takes you a further 21 before one is replaced free of charge if lost. There is no proof you actually sent one in the first place
