Vehicle was alright, side assistance sensors were off a bit. The seats were very uncomfortable with zero lumbar support.

Easy to rent, view vehicles, pick up and drop off. Everyone was kind and very friendly! There is a good variety of cars/trucks to choose with good pricing! Lots of locations help as well!

From start to finish enterprise takes care of everything. They also give you a choice at what vehicle you would like which is fantastic. The employees at the north port location are top tier and always take care of whatever you need quickly. Very good experiences renting here monthly.

This is the second time I received a car with 3/4 tank full. It is very difficult to match the gas level when dropping off. Last time I rented, I dropped off with the same level as received but yet was charged $12. It's almost like they disregarded their notes that they didn't give it to me full. This time again, I received it 3/4 tank full, I dropped off a nearly full tank, but yet it's policy not to pay me back for the amount of gas I put in above the received level. Either way enterprise wins.

I had asked for a 4wd vehicle w snow tires. Instead I received a 2wd truck w tires that did not pass the traction law in Colorado. I slid in the truck and had to be towed by the police. It was horrible. I did get switched out for a different vehicle but you all know better than to do this. When you call Enterprise you listen to your lingo while you're on hold. It talks about being confident in your rental vehicle and that is total bs. I received a nice phone call about switching out my vehicle but this should have never happened from the beginning.

Loved the cars. The are new and clean. It was so easy to check in and out. The rates are fabulous. The staff are so nice, helpful and make sure you are satisfied. I would never rent a car from anyone else no matter where I was or why I needed it. Thank you Enterprise for such a great experience.

Everything was great. Service manager was informative and considerate. I was given the size car I requested. It was clean like a new car and easy to drive. The service of picking up the car at the repair shop was a special bonus for me.

The small team at The Dalles site does a great job led by Luke who drives 70 miles each way to get there and is/was totally friendly and capable.

The two gentilman that helped us at the Albany airport Enterprise were so helpful and friendly. We came in a snowstorm and the weather all weekend was going to be very snowy. They made sure we had a safe vehicle to drive while we visited. Give those boys a raise. They went above and beyond for us.
