It took me a few tries to find the place to enter the free shipping code. But once I located it all went smoothly. This is the 2nd vest I have bought from this site. It was quick and easy.

With my most recent order the warehouse sent the wrong size. I emailed customer service and promptly received a return label. I returned the vest and within a day the correct size arrived. Angie, Ext 108 in the returns department was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process.
