Company had the item I needed and was easy to work with. Customer Service researched a product question I had about measurement units in order to confirm that the device could provide needed readout. Online ordering was easy and item was received in an acceptable time frame.

Fair prices, easy ordering process, and quick shipping time. My only complaint is that the corners of the product (which, to be fair, was corrugated cardboard) arrived slightly mashed. Not enough to affect the function of the product, but enough to notice. Overall I was satisfied with the service and follow up.
