I would have given everything 5 stars EXCEPT for the delivery experience. The timing was excellent. However, I ordered large flat files, and in order to place these inside the building, I had to hire a SEPARATE team to remove the packing, move and place the large, bulky items into the building and carry off the packaging. I would have been happy to purchase "white glove" delivery for a hassle-free experience had this been offered.
