There was confusion between shipping and billing addresses. You had them reversed. 2 nd phone call resolved the issue. Customer service was very polite and helpful.

I always get a good response. Sometimes I found using the search facility a little cumbersome because you can't use any filters to narrow it so a search gives you way too many items to search through.

Service was excellent so far, getting ready to assemble paint booth today.

GOOD COMPANY TO ORDER FROM

When I ordered the Safeco flat file and base, i Requested a lift gate,and inside delivery, The semi driver did not have a lift gate trailer, and I had to back my pickup truck to the semi, and help the driver get it into my pickup bed, the driver helped me gat it off the pickup and on to the side walk in front of my house. I then got it into my house myself, but I assure you it was a major struggle
