It was easy to find the product I needed and quick to check out! The product delivery was faster than I expected! Upon delivery I checked the products that I received and they were exactly what we needed!
Pretty easy online store to navigate through. Found everything I was looking for at good if not great prices.
I found it somewhat frustrating that it was necessary to call and respond to email to get this order to process. Your website was not clear about using a street address vice PO Box number.

THIS IS MY FIRST ORDER FROM SAFECO, basically, I am satisfied but i was missing one spring.
Supplying one or two springs per order would be a positive.

Finding the product was quick and easy online, I was looking for a 24 x 36' vinyl chart cover for our marina application. But the hiccup came at check out. Somehow the quantity of two got put in and at the end when it said check your order, or review your order, It wouldn't let me edit the quantity. So I had to go back out to the shopping cart, edit the quantity, come back in to check out, and re-enter my credit card info. That's just time out of my day I didn't appreciate wasting. So you'll see in the next block what you can do better is let people edit their order at check out.
Now that I have the cover I'm a bit dissapointed that the closure gets little bumps in it - even when I SUPER careful I just cant get it to close 100% correctly
Easy to use website
Engineering supply was great, they corrected my shipping charges and the delivery time was good. I would definatly use them a gain for future purchases.
