I received my order very quickly. Thank you very much. I did not receive exactly the item pictured on http://www.engineersupply.com/Alvin-Swing-Arm-Combination-Lamp-with-CFL-Bulb.aspx. The lamp was shipped with a white angle-adjustable clamp, exactly like this: http://www.alvinco.com/Shop/Products.aspx?IID=*******. This is NOT the clamp you have pictured on http://www.engineersupply.com/Alvin-Swing-Arm-Combination-Lamp-with-CFL-Bulb.aspx. Most buyers would not care about this (and some would even enjoy receiving an upgraded clamp relative to what you have pictured), but I placed my order expecting and wanting the clamp pictured, not the clamp shipped. I cannot use the clamp shipped due to space restrictions and I had to go elsewhere to buy a clamp similar to what you have pictured. If you care about your future customers' satisfaction you need to fix the image you use for this lamp! For this reason I unfortunately cannot say that I'm completely satisfied with my purchase, but I have no intention of returning it, as everything else with the item shipped is satisfactory.

The item remained at the loading dock nearby for a few days awaiting delivery. We could see the status online but the freight company didn't contact us. We contacted EngineerSupply directly and they got us in touch with the freight company.

It was a Friday before Labor Day weekend, and we hoped to have the item prior to the long weekend. The freight company wasn't able to deliver it until the following Tuesday (we are at a residential address, and I know that's not usual for your customers).

We decided to pick it up ourselves from the freight company and all went smoothly.
