Quick and painless
So far the overall experience has been pleasant. I appreciate the details explanation of product and candid remarks included in descriptions to further explain the normal canned descriptions. Unfortunately after comparing the rack to the size of tubes so I could determine which ones to order I still order 36 tubes that don't work in the stand correctly. I was able to force about 16 into spaces allowed but cannot fill rack completely.

The information/specifications on your web site was a big help. I also appreciated the range of products you sell, as I was looking for very basic equipment and had some trouble finding it elsewhere for a reasonable price. Thanks for the service!

Faster shipping maybe
My satisfaction with the use of the website is good, but the end result is yet to be determined regarding whether or not the coupon code I received "ART20" actually gets applied for $20 off and free shipping. Shows it isn't supposed to expired until tomorrow, but it didn't appear to reduce my total at all when applied. It didn't give an error message though either.
