Our light bill no matter what I do even if I do not use peak time we are charged for it; anyway, rarely less than $225.00. Duke buys elect from Santee and they do not ave a peak time charge for peak time. Santee is wrong to charge for peak time. It is Santees way to cheat people out of money and charge $27 just to have an account with them. Stupidest bthing I ever heard of. Rip off of their customers.

I do not like to fill out personal information and then get results back that all these companies will call me. Instead I should be able to view pricing information after filling the form out so I can review and decide if I want to pursue with this. Disappointing ad.
