The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

I believe it was they who elicited my interest in saving money via solar, then farmed out my response to a solar equipment provider. They didn't clarify that their offer wouldn't apply to someone who already had solar (we do), so it took a live visit from a provider's engineering staff to determine that I'm not a good candidate for an additional solar system. A waste of several people's time.
So far it's been easy to fill out the information I have been contemplating seller energy and if the system is actually free I would appreciate it
The directions were very easy to follow. L am very cautious with my usage since my husband passed away to help keep the cost down..
Current bill is approx $2'25.00. I'm in the hospital at this time and cannot give you more ages. I could give you more accurate numbers once I get home..
I like to know how much we can save electricity bill this summer. Look like it will be very high becouse every year temperatures are higher than years ago.
I clicked because the ad said to see if I qualify and after putting in my information it's now having someone call me. I'm was just looking to see if I qualified like the ad said. Not looking to talk to a salesman.
Easy to use so far, simple to use and quick to install and quick to run and fast to install and quick to use and fast to run,
Was interested in solar panels Because a neighbor is getting a roof full of them. She said no charge for them. I thought I'd like to hear more about it.
My phone is off; leave message! You have my notice, so pay attention to exactly what it indicates. I'm not like all the wako individuals who sit around with their noses stuck on a cell phone. So take it or leave it; I suspect you will not like to deal with me so you can stuff it up your $#*!. There isn't anything FREE IN THIS WORLD YET. Now is that enough words too suit you or will you ned a ton more.
Great app. Extremely easy to navigate. The only thing I don't particularly like is giving my phone number. If I get inundated with calls I'll have to block the number.
I just "stumb" on this ad while looking for something else; I was hesitant to respond as there are too many scammers out there collecting my personal data. I'm still waiting for a phone call.
I need the extremely cheapest help I can get cause I am a retired veteran and I am on just social security. So show me some good things that I can truthfully give a feed back to. Gary
Your ad says in 2 minutes to get reply. Then after filling out form I still did not get a yes or no on qualification. Why does someone have to call me to get the answer. Why doesn't it just say yes you qualify or no you don't but we have other programs call if interested. Just another way to get my info so you can solicit me. What a scam.

XRegarding the questions asked, I'm inclined to think that it could be advantageous to consider solar energy despite the fact that I would still need to use electricity at night time as well as watching television among other things. Also, the use of electrical devices in my house which I cannot see them being operated by sola, renergy.
I was only put in touch with a call center who only wanted to ssk me lots of questions so they could make a sale. I am currently only gathering information since it was 8 years ago when I put solar on my other house in a different county. Sunrun contacted me and was very difficult and ultimately refused to connect me with someone who could answer my questions.
