The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

So far very easy to initiate and I had a immediate response that has given my information to several solar panel companies.
Easy way for me to get the job done. But if I can get it done I will spend less time & money.

I don't like miss leading advertising. I wanted to know which zipcode gets free solar because I am planning to buy or build a home.
It was ok would of liked to see some prices and how long it takes from this point to have it installed. And also maybe a phone call.
Neither positive or negative; I am anticipating that this is just going to get a lot of annoying emails or phone calls. I am just looking for information.
Too many solicitations. They waste my time with sales pitches.
Interesting, informative, and possibly a huge savings. Ok
Very user friendly would love to save my money for something that I could use c.v
Been quick and easy. Not too intrusive. Although this question is kind of annoying

I love the idea of no energy use
You stated no cost and all you did was collect information to pass on to solar companies
I don't like scams! The ad promised to check my zip code to see whether my home was eligible for government assisted solar panel installation. Instead, a lot of personal information was requested. At the end after about 60 seconds someone from a solar company called me and wanted to go over the information I just provided "to make sure it was correct". It was, I had just entered it! No information was provided about the applicability of my zip code. I said thank you and goodbye.
