The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

I may be interested depending on how much the state contributes.
Not really sure what to say, this site was very quick and extremely user friendly.
I would like to know if both my wife and I would like to move forward.
Good, But they haven't taken into account the Condo association's objection into solar on my roof.
You're asking for info, but giving nothing in return. Why can't you provide cost of installation per square feet?
Showing 1 name only. Not clear energy bill cruncher just a 3rd party not a solar installer
So ended up with a nice young man calling but now find out he was a "setter" but the next person is working out ok. How can I talk about product we will not have for 4 months.
The old energy company name is on your website not the new company name
The advertisement indicated that based on ZIP code, we could qualify for free solar panels. I had to put in far more information than my zip code and then I was simply referred to a business. If "state is paying for panels" in certain zip codes, a simple yes you would likely qualify or no you would not likely qualify is the answer I would like to have. Then I would be interested in the businesses to help
Quick and easy! A very convenient way to apply for help in the fight for financial stability.
So far it appears to be good for me. I am very much interested in going solar
I didn't see anything different on my electric bill
If the government will not pay for it (as your ad said it would), I am not interested.
Today is a good day.
If you vote for a Republican office after hearing about Project 2025 you cannot call yourself an American. However, integrity is what counts, and if you have no shoes, no money and homeless, if your word is what counts, And a king we never had in this country, to which is why it became a dream, that became real.
And San Antonio is the Best city in the USA.
It's fine.looking for free electric. Heard about this and tired of my electric going off on the hottest days. We are both disabled and my husband is on 4 litter oxygen full time with his copd. It is 93 degrees and we are sitting here burning up because electricity is off for no reason
Simply investigating the potential cost solar energy vs. NG.
This is only a sample residence. There is too much shade at Suzanne's (above) address, where these numbers are obtained. She has very little sun exposure. I live in a condominium and get scattered small sunlight.
I was wondering and thinking if I qualified for a solar panel. That would be awesome.
