The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

It goes on and on. Not enough information to make a judgment call.
You didnt tell me whether or not i am eligible for the promotion from the state, just farmed my data and then will spam me
I really don't know because I haven't talked to anyone yet. I sure would like solar panels so my power bill want be so high.
Very easy…no problem…normal questions and not too many of them!
Very fast& easy questions. Quick & simple. Organized and productive
Results didn't seem certain and they offered no indication of cost
You don't do mobile homes so I don't qualify because of that reason
Good for the future help. I like the service. A good experience.
Still waiting for a solution. Lots of promises but nothing solid.
As for monthly bill is pretty high. My online experience with you has been fine so far.
No sure what you mean.there is no type of experience in a question or option in your feedback or survey.
As long as I don't get hounded by calls, I am ok. That is what I have found in the past to be the case.
It is too early to tell anything yet want too much like this - silly
I haven't really experience much other than immediately rec'g a call re: solar eligibility. Requested call back in six months
You're just an information farm and you piece meal info to solar providers. You provide absolutely nothing to the community other than some bull$#*! intermediary to connect home owners to solar providers. I can get all this information on their sites. $#*!ing useless cucks
I won't have much of a power bill but I'll have a big one for the panels. So No just checking
I knew if I put my phone number in you would blow up my phone with calls. I guess it was your company just never left a message
I don't think I should have to give my phone number prior to knowing if I'm even eligible. Additionally there's no solar companies really anywhere that will do a solar panel system in a trailer park and that's where they should be because someone who lives in a trailer park is already struggling. It's where people that have kids live and need the assistance I'm always given a BS response that it's because it's rented land yes it is but I own my home solar panels can be put on a roof my electricity bill is almost $500 every single solitary month I live on 348 every two weeks you should be helping the people that live in developments like this. Additionally offering the landlord huge tech tax cuts or tax breaks for throwing a panel or 2 in each person's yard.
I have a very little experience with this so please help me me with this please
I don't like giving personal info when I want simple info supposedly being offered in an article. Does my state qualify for subsidizing or not. That's all I wanted to know and I didn't get the answer becuase I didn't give real info.
