So far OK, but still skeptical. Every time I try this I get a call from someone who explains how many thousands of dollars I'll have to pay out of pocket and try's to get me so apply for a construction loan. I don't need any more debt. I am a 75 year old single retired women just getting by on social security and my part time job.
