The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

Relevant, helpful. This is a very important issue which we all need to attend.
The gentleman answered my questions except for one.
Very pleasant exchange of information The issue was installing solar panels on homes inside a HOA that does not allow solar panels.
I live in one room because I cannot afford to cool my whole house!
Typical company and government survey. Invasive and redundant.
Haven't gotten a call yet. Keep asking the same questions. Hope this isn't a scam
Good but this app is without any useful information so I cant trally judge anything so far
Have not received any info about dervices that are being offered and info on how much we would save in view of possible changes to CA solar charges to put energy onto the grid.
Long and time consuming. Need to cut to the quick with results.
I want the solar panels installed on my back building at 950 Lawn Court., it has a flat roof sloped to the north.
Have had nothing so far. I'm retired and would like to do what I can to save as much as I can
No matter your claims for privacy, you don't need an exact address, email and phone number. The zip should be sufficient.
I filled out all the fields., the come on was to find out if my zipcode qualified for government subsidy. That info was never given to me, just my phone number repeatedly called to sell me something, what a waste of time.
Too many questions asked and too little information given. Misleading advertising. Zip code never provided, and that's what I wanted.
I don't want someone to call me! I just wanted the survey results.
