EnergyBillCruncher Reviews Summary

The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

The HOA in this development will not allow anything on the roof except shingles. My electric bill is high and as my husband passed away 5 months ago it has been very difficult making ends meet. I believe it is a violation of your civil rights to be told what you can and cannot do to the house you pay for. Time to send the Congressmen a letter. Or maybe the President himself. HO A's need to be banned.

Not interested
January 16, 2026

It was ok but I am unlikely to get involved. I am not sure if there will be any significant savings for me. I will consider this if I have more information on what is involved, and how it will save me money on my energy bills. Also I would like to see evidence in the form of data that I can use to make a decision.

I'm afraid this is a scam but will keep going. I would really like to convert my house and apt to solar energy. The apt is all electric while my house uses propane & electricity.

Very fast and immediate!
January 15, 2026

Very fast and immediate! Not sure as an elderly person that I would have the additional 60 % of cost to install the energy saving tiles. On a fixed income nearing the end.

Just started. Not much to judge! Don't have a lot to state at this point in time; I have just begun this process and it is way too early to make any judgements call.

Looking to see if i qualify
January 14, 2026

Looking to see if i qualify. Still waiting. Think it might be a phishing site. Not sure, it does say that up to 4 companies will be contacting me about solar panels. So probably just a new sales technique. But time will tell.

I do NOT want to be called on my telephone. It is an invasion of privacy, and fortunately my Robocall will block any unwanted and unidentifiable attempts to reach me.
Use my email, and I will get in touch with YOU. When I am ready.

Never give a rate or tell if you are in a zip code that qualifies... Just ask for contact info and try to get you to buy something that is costly

I own a mobile home and rent the land it's located on. This is common enough in Florida. In the past I was told several times that this makes me not eligible for government subsidies of solar. If this is still true you should mention it so people don't hope for the impossible.
