I have solar and ElPaso electric refused to allow enough solar panels to be installed to cover my electric usage so you now charge me last month $245 ElPaso electric PLUS my solar which is $153. I would NEVER use solar again under the scam ElPaso electric PLUS has created. Many people like myself bought into this because it made sense and is good for all. ELPASO IS A SCAM AND USES FALSE ADVERTISING.
