I ordered this device and was very excited about the prospect of using this device. You still need to download an app to use this device. I wanted to return the item and was given a return label to send to Lithuania. The postage costs as much as what the device is worth. Don't order from these scammers, you have to pay for the package to be returned.

Received this product after 2 weeks. The translator has been a valuable tool to be able to communicate directly with my clients and people who don't speak my native language. Glad to have this.

Size is very compact. I like it that it has a long battery life and it is an excellent product for the price. I usually use it for shorter and casual conversations – very effective and helpful.

This translator is very helpful, just being honest. My parents doesn't speak the language my partner does, and that can be a pain sometimes. This translator works as a mediator between them. I really appreciate it. Bug happened, but only very few times. I believe it should be fixed by software update. Creatively designed and well packed. I like it.

Highly recommended. This is a really nice little translator device. It comes with everything you need to get it setup. You'll want to fully charge the battery on the device first which I did. The setup was pretty easy and straight forward.

Enence sent me a box of 5 Tvidler ear wax remover tools. I did not order them. They will only take them back if I pay the postage of 50 dollars to Lithuania. Then they will subtract a 15% restocking fee! So instead being out 59 dollars for something I didnt buy Ill be out near 100!

For this translator to function, you need to connect to its app on the phone in the presence of wifi. Need to get a subscription too. Works just fine.
