Very real brain drain with long time talent leaving

The perception is there is very little concern for the work life balance of their employees.You'll find yourself doing just the bare minimum of reporting and client calls and have no time to really help clients succeed. You can work 60-70 hrs a week and still feel behind on work. It is shocking how clients still are staying here despire better options available. This company should soon be out of business if they continue heading in this direction.
