This needs to be resolved.

We ordered from Joybuy through Walmart. Package was basically destroyed when received and the product had some kind of corrosion. Unacceptable to say the least. Have made contact with Walmart and also tried contacting shipper (FedEx) Nothing!?!? Will never order another thing from Joybuy again if not resolved and this just another reason not to use FedEx.

Ordered 2 cute backdrops for office decoration and received them quite quickly. Unfortunately I received the wrong print though the colors and quality of the vinyl were very nice. Joybuy Customer Service was easy to work with and quickly got me a refund. I've already submitted my reorder and they let me keep the prints I received in error so I will pass them on to someone else to brighten their space during the holidays. First time ordering from them but won't hesitate to order other items in the future.

Never again

I was ordering from Walmart, without knowing that Joybuy is the actual company that the items were from. It's been about 1 month, several inquiries. Still have not seen anything, they always say 3-5 more days, but always come up with more excuses. I will never buy from them ever again.

I order a 2TB USB on Walmart, sold by Joy buy. What I got is a 29 GB USB. Do yourself a favor and avoid this vendor.

I ordered a blouse that looked nothing like the ad. It was terribly made. As if a child made it in an arts and crafts class. I also believe Joybuy goes by several different names. The raggedy shirt didn't even have a tag.

Scam company

This company is using Walmart to siphon their customers, offering below market price products, and then never delivering. They have changed their name from joybuy to bigbolo.
I purchased six books from the Walmart site, and this company says that they delivered the products, only I live in a security building where everything is tracked so it's very clear there was absolutely no delivery. It is yet to be seen if I'll be given a refund from this scam

They are a scam! They send cheap items that their customers didn't order to make up for the actual items they paid for! Better than that they even chose to not send the items to their customers that paid for the items! ONLY BUY AMERICAN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE A$$ COMPANY! I ordered product thru Walmart. Item was NEVER DELIVERED. After numerous emails to Joybuy, a JD.com company, there was NO RESOLUTION. I would get an email stating they were working on it and would get back with me, then a few days later they would send another email that the case was being closed due to lack of contact. After two months of trying to deal with Joybuy, I escalated the issue up the chain with Walmart and they graciously issued a refund and were very apologetic for the lack of service from Joybuy. I will NEVER order from JD.com or Joybuy again and I am on a mission is to post the information everywhere I can.

I ordered a cell phone two weeks ago, The listing said shipping will be conducted with 7 days, it's been two weeks now and no news. Contacted seller 6 times, no response. Sent email to JD.Com customer service 4 times, no response, 5th time they said please contact seller when I already told them that he's not responding to me at all. After that no feedback since. I am not sure if my item will ever ship (maybe a dodgy seller) but atleast jd.com should have done something about it. Never again.

Edit: Finally my phone has shipped, however I never received any useful correspondence from seller or JD.

Horible service avoid them at any cost, i asked for a cancelation of my order, 3 days later and no paypal refund they seem to forget to refund the money i email them back to get this reply

Shipping took forever but you find Chinese electronics, books and other things on JD.com that you don't get in the US or Europe otherwise. Also the prices are good but obviously are often offset by expensive or slow shipping. JD's the real deal.
