Can't trust them

My friend signed up through my referral link which promised the $10 bonus to both end but neither of us the bonus. We talked to the support but to no avail. After multiple tries, a representative told me someone will be in touch in 72 hours but 2 weeks later I have not heard from them. I'm going to file a complaint.
