I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Emma Mattress. I placed an order hoping to provide my son with a comfortable bed, as he currently has no bed to sleep on. Unfortunately, this order has turned into a nightmare.

Since my purchase, the delivery date has been constantly pushed back, with no clear explanation or solution offered. Every time we contact customer service, we receive vague excuses and even longer delays. No consideration for the customer's well-being, let alone a child who has to sleep without a bed!

Faced with this unacceptable situation, we cancelled this morning.

Emma Mattress is all about marketing hype, but their service is a disaster. If you care about comfort and expect a company to honor its commitments, stay far away from this brand. A terrible customer experience, an incompetent customer service team, and a company that does not respect its promises. Avoid at all costs!
