Silk duvet cover - This is my second time purchased silk duvet cover. I choose Royal Blue. I love ELLESILK 100% mulberry silk products. The texture is so soft to touch. My heart melts whenever I touch it. Every morning, I refuse to wake up from bed and I keep touching my favorite silk duvet cover for a while. Thanks ELLESILK to bring us good quality silk that can last for long time. One important thing is to cut my fingernails and toenails often in order not to scratch the beautiful silk

This company is a fraudulent company. First of all, they are posing on instagram as if they are located in Oregon, Portland USA. When in actuality they are located in China. Not to mention stringent and archaic rules when it comes to return/exchange. I placed my order on 02/15 and did not receive the item till March. My pants for the pajamas were too tight, i asked if i could exchange just the pants and keep the top. They refused saying i have to pay to get a mixed order, i said okay. Fine, i will just get a size up in both top & bottom, that was another charge. Which i agreed to. I only found out there are actually located in china when it was time to return the package. That did not deter me nonetheless. I sent my package and it took a little over a month for the item to get to china considering Covid and how slow the post office works. Mind you, on their website it says i have 30days to return from the day the item got to me. This fraudulent company said i MUST ship the item by march 11th. Found that ridiculous but did it anyway. Only for the item to get to the company and i am being charged for stains and creases. Like how, I never wore the pajamas outside when i tried it on, additionally this item was in transit for a whole month, you don't expect for it to get wrinkled? Like be real. I actually paid USPS extra to treat the package as fragile but again i am not there to make sure that they do. So this company wants to charge an additional $90 for the pajamas. This is aside a $75 already have to pay for the exchange, making the total over $300. I never even asked for a refund, i always wanted an exchange because i really want the pajamas but at this point i honestly need a refund. Like its crazy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pair of silk pajamas from ElleSilk for $180 in December of 2020. They arrived fairly quickly given the distance, that is the best thing I can say about this company. The pajamas literally started falling apart within 7 days of use, tag falling off, runs in the silk, etc. I contacted customer service thinking they would stand behind their product, especially at this price point. I was wrong. After a series of emails I was instructed to send the item back to China at my expense, once received they refused to do anything to remedy the situation even though they acknowledged the set was piling and running. Their refusal was based on the fact the item was used. Of course it was used, how would I have know about the lack of quality without wearing the item. I didn't spend $180 to look at the pajamas in their packaging. They offered to replace them but with a $100 restocking fee. I refused and now the disintegrating pajamas are on their way back to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and their inept (uncaring?) customer service.

Convinced it's a scam. I ordered sheets with express shipping on April 1. April 9 I sent a request asking where they were. April 11 they told me the sheets were originally out of stock but were shipped. I asked for the tracking number and they said they do not have one. I understand things are a little hectic with COVID but you still need to tell people when things are out of stock. Not having a tracking number is raising red flags. I asked for a refund and my request has been ignored. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card and going back to Lilly Silk.

I had read some negative comments about silk bedding that said they're too delicate to be washed by machine or they stains literally everything! But I still decided to have a try. I mean, guys, why not? Life's an experiment itself right? Anyway I ordered from this online store whose name is also my little girls name. Now I have been sleeping on their silk bedding for about a year and a half, sheets, duvets, pillowcases, turned out all machine washed fine and everything used to be white still whitelol. I have to mention though, that when you wash them, stick to the instruction! Ask away the customer server online, their tips can be very helpful.

Truely awful. I can pretty much guarantee 0 positive reviews are genuine. This is because it is not just the size that is wrong with their sleepwear it is the cut. It has basically been thrown together so poorly, that no human being in existance would fit the shape of the clothes i just paid $200 form the model is 100% holding her arms in tight to her body to hide how much loose fabric sticks outb under the arms. One of the dearest garments i have bought and the worst quality garments at the same time. It feels extremely cheap.

Its a good job they offer 0 refund and make you pay packaging to China to get another pile of rubbish sent to u for your partners birthday.

I dont believe it is even silk. I will take it to an expert and if it is not silk i will spend my life getting them closed down.

This review will be removed if i get a refund. They need to learn!

Ordered an item off this site well over a month ago with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days. When it still had not arrived in 3 weeks I emailed the company and was advised to follow up with the courier direct, which I did and was given the run around by them. Went back to Ellesilk and explained my order was with them I wanted my product by end of week (when it was needed for a baby shower) or a refund. They told me I would have to "refuse the package" from the courier -- a package I still had no idea where it was. And then they would send it back to their warehouse (which is in China) and then they could refund me. I explained at that time it was too late for shower AND I was out of pocket for a package I am not even sure they sent. Helen who I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and downright rude at times. I would not buy from them, delivery times stated are not accurate and there is no customer service if anything goes wrong. The package eventually showed up nearly 5 weeks later and at this stage it is incredibly battered..

What I received did not match the custom measurements. It appears they do not make these for anyone taller than the model who they say is 5' 7" tall regardless of what your measurements are. Their return policy does not allow for returns for any custom items which is understandable if the item had been made to the custom measurements that were given to them. It also took them an extra week to send my express shipment, poorly made item. In their email they so thoughtfully stated while I could not return or exchange it for a size that fit, I was free to reorder it in another size and pay for another one of their poorly made, overpriced items. Needless to say I will waste no more time or money on Ellesilk.

Do not purchase ellesilk items as gifts because your recipient will have no idea of the unreasonable10-day return/exchange policy. I contacted ellesilk on January 16 after I received a nightwear item as a gift on Christmas Day that is too large. I asked to exchange but was told NO. Allowing a gift recipient to make an exchange would cost the company almost nothing and result in a satisfied customer. Instead, I now have a $100+ item that I can't wear. I think this is very poor customer service.

So I misunderstood the refund policy (it said there was a 10-day no quibble) but then the details say my item was an exception only for an exchange. The nightie silk quality was okay - I have had much better. The fit was really strange and the size was right. The "vest" had a back shorter than the front and the long nightgown gaps a lot under the arms. It is also not a full length gown and I am only 5' 5" and the straps are not thick enough to last a long time. I am stuck with the items I ordered but if I had known that I could not return them, I would have purchased fewer items to try.
