They sell defective products on their site and won't respond unless you write negative reviews about them
Untrustworthy, worst costumer service, they will make promos sketchy and refuse to honor them, stay away!
So I checked multiple times for the items included in the product I was buying on the page. I bought the Geekvape Z200 mod, and in the list of contents it CLEARLY stated that it came with a Z tank and coils etc. To my surprise, when I received the item it was only the mod, with no Z tank or coils. After messaging them and providing proof, they refused to work with me and give me what was promised on their site when I bought the product even though they admitted being wrong, saying it wasn't false advertising. Just a mistake. I'm pretty sure that's false advertising either way. On the same product description I noticed other things that were clearly wrong, either these people are too incompetent to run a website or they are scamming people. Either way I would have to suggest buying from somewhere else.
