I'm beyond frustrated with Elementor's support – or lack thereof. I raised 10 tickets for the same issue, and every single one was closed without providing any real assistance. Their support team seems to ignore customers and is quick to close tickets without resolving anything, making the whole process infuriating.
If you're considering Elementor, be warned: it's no different from using a pirated plugin. They offer zero support, yet they're happy to take your money. I requested a refund to no avail. Not only has this plugin been completely unhelpful, but it's also caused me to lose valuable SEO rankings due to ongoing, unresolved issues.
Save yourself the trouble – find a more reliable plugin with actual support. Elementor is a waste of money and a complete disappointment.
If you had elementor automatically charge your card for an auto renewal you did not want and refuse to refund your money take action. Make sure you read your states Auto Renewal Laws because they may not be in compliance. They purposely do not give the option when you sign up. They have it somewhere in the Terms and Conditions where nobody will see it. File a complaint with the FTC and a grievance with you credit card company. Do not let them get away with it!
