1. The customer should know the total cost before placing the order including tax, shipping etc.,. The shipping charges should be listed first so that customers would be able to decide to purchase or not. Your product prize is very reasonable but not the shipping prizes.
2. Customer should no the total cost before releasing order.
3. Your order processing should be re organized so that customer would be able to decide based on the cost details.
The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and
polite. The delivery time was faster than I expected.
So far so good, I had a live chat last week with someone who said the fixtures were in stock so I placed the order today no problems
12/15--although I must say that the nickel finish is shown above the $28.00 price but when you go to buy it there's a seven dollar upcharge (even though the transformer is plastic), no biggie albeit somewhat misleading, that's all.
Good prices, easy checkout... So far so good! As an online shopper I am skeptical, that said I received my lights and inspected them for quality and was VERY surprised, delightfully surprised! Not only were these lights of good quality the final check was to see how well they worked and they passed any expectations. I have been an electrician for 40 years and have worked with many fixtures, some are not made so well and can create a challenge, these fixtures are superb!... THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Your site promises free shipping as a tease in search results, then charges for shipping. You could either not advertise free shipping or not charge for shipping.
What you are doing is false advertising! So sad.
My only complaint is your choice of backgrounds to display your products. They are very hard to see.
Excellent products. Had two smoke detectors in my home for 1o years and had great coverage. Time to change out units for new ones.Peace of mind with confidence.
Couple of things. There was no tracking of the order. I had no idea when it was coming or even being delivered. Second, The product that came is not what I ordered. I ordered Brushed nickel and i received brass. When I ordered the product brass was not even an option. Not sure what happened.

I ordered a popup floor box on Dec 15th 2015 it arrived Feb 2nd 2016 (6 weeks). The staff I talked to was courteous and tried to find out why it was taking so long, It is my belief that they did not have the product in stock at time of order. It would be better service if it was not listed on the website if the product was not in stock I give a high rating for the staff, but only fair rating to the company for failing to notify customers that an item is not in stock when it's listed on the website.
Everything came exactly as it showed on the site, the plates are great. I will definitely be buying again!
