I placed an order with eKupi on 4. 11. 2022 and they waited until the night before delivery was due to tell me they did not have one of my items in stock. Then they offer an inferior replacement and when I refused, I suggested a more expensive model for which I was willing to pay extra, but not full price due to the mistake not being mine.
Forget about trying to reach a compromise, eKupi is not interested. I will never purchase from them again.
With the COVID-19 situations, we are constantly being advised to stay home as much as we possibly can. I saw that this company had household essentials and grocery items so I ordered several that my local stores had run out of. Ordering was easy and delivery was relatively prompt. I hope they keep these items available even after lockdown as it is so convenient. Thanks
