Employees have awful attitudes

The employees here have awful attitudes, at least based on my experience. Instead of providing me with answers to my questions, they mostly resort to rude behavior and sometimes even verbal abuse. The management here does not seem to do any better as well. Most managers I've talked to were annoyingly arrogant and narcissistic.
