I had a disappointing experience. I subscribed annually to the Trigger Point indicator which appears to use historical information for pivot points. Sometimes they work, but most of the time I was either stopped out or the price would go below the price and return above the price.
And frankly, it was hard to see the on-gong marketing showing successful trades, while I was trading live and not having the same experiences.
When I mentioned the stop outs in Discord, I was told to take advantage of the Pre Market Live training to better understand how to use them. (They did offer a sort of free training videos after you subscribe to the Trigger Point, but the quality was terrible. You could hardly see the charts due to the size of the print.) I made a copy of the screenshot and complained, but it didn't go anywhere.
What caused the most recent frustration was that I was charged for the trade room while in February to be applied toward March. However, when I had been charged toward the month of March, they discontinued the existing trade room during that second week of February. What happened to my payment? I was told a new Live trade room was opening in May and I would be given 30 days for free. FREE? They kept telling me I was given a free 30 days toward the May trade room, but it was not free. I was charged for it. For some reason there was a disconnect.
My other problem was communication/marketing. They took three existing indicators and had them work as one. Very clever. Alligator, RSI and one other. It was a nice indicator to have in the collection. BUT, this indicator stops working once you no longer subscribe to the Trigger Point subscription. Almost 400 dollars toward a rental. No communication that the Confluence indicator would stop working w/o the Trigger Point. That lack of communication didn't sit well.
Well just before May, I told them I was going to appeal for a refund toward the subscription. The "free" was not setting well because I know I had been charged 100 dollars toward the trade room. And by this time they had charged me over 1000 dollars toward their indicators. The next thing I know I was banned from their Discord room without warning. Just given the boot.
I hope things change for the better and that is why I do reviews. That way others wont have to deal with what I had to deal with.
And as with most reviews, the customers suddenly have a desire to post a review almost immediately after I put on a poor review. But customers are smart. Read through them and you decide.
