When I signed up I tried to cancel within a few days. I guess that didnt happen and the next thing was a notice that I was charged $49. Told them I didnt want it, didnt know until after I was charged. They basically said that I could cancel now but that charge would stay. Very unhappy. Poor customer service people. I guess they cant get legitimate customers so they have to make people pay that dont want it.

Bait and Switch
February 20, 2025

The form is advertised as "Free," but once you complete the form and try to re-view it in it's final state, not editing mode, you're required to sign in or sign up which asks for credit card information. EFORMS uses 'bait and switch' sales tactics. If dealing with deceptive sales practices is not infuriating enough, contacting customer service isn't any better of an experience. You are subjected to meaningless apologies while the representative creates a 'request' to submit to tier 2 which will be reviewed in 1 to 2 business days.
Interestingly, in eForms' responses to negative reviews they actually supply valuable information that should be provided up front, like... in the content of their website.
Dear eForms, it would be a better customer experience if you put some controls in your site that prevent users from downloading or using the completed form digitally rather then charging them for viewing their results. And/Or when submitting credit card info perhaps the submit button should read "Purchase" so the customer can decide to back out. I've provided two solutions, my fee is...wait for it...$49.00. Pity, I suspect the site is designed to steal from the user.

A rip off
December 20, 2024

Signed up for the free 7 day trial Nov 7th. Requested a cancellation on Nov 8th and received an email confirmation of my request from Emilee that my account was cancelled per my request.
Now I have been charged a 2nd fee of $49. When I requested a refund I was told the company had 2 email addresses and that's why the 2 charges. Per Jason customer support manager they will not issue a refund. It is company policy.
Totally a money grab company.

Would give a zero if it was allowed. I went to cancel my 'free trial', and showed I had no subscription. The next day I was charged via paypal. I was told I didn't cancel on paypal. It is unreasonable to not allow a cancellation via the same method I used to sign up for a free trial. Have traded emails about their 'policy', Sad to see a a company hide behind 'policy' in order to gouge it's customers. The form I loaded couldnt be used so totally wasted $49 on a 'free trial' that I couldn't cancel because it was made inconvenient on purpose to avoid cancelling. Good Riddance.

The free trial rolls into a ridiculous fee of $49 with no warning or heads up. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Stay away

I am furious with EForms.com. This site is a complete scam and a waste of time. They lure you in with promises of free features, but you can't even access the basics without providing your payment information. It's a shady bait-and-switch tactic. Avoid EForms.com at all costs. I feel completely duped and will never recommend this site to anyone.

I needed a template for a single member resolution to open a business checking account and I went through a lot of different "free" websites and filled them out all for nothing as when it came time to print it would make me decide to pay a fee. If it's free make it free. This site was definitely free and above all the others very easy to navigate, fill out my form and print with absolutely no charge and no gimmicks. I will now save this site for future business and personal use!

Deceiving
September 12, 2023

A Google search brings the viewer to their site. I took time filling out a MEDICAL POWER OF ATTORNEY form, only to then learn they wanted my financial information before I could access it. They should have revealed this in the beginning. They did not, which is deceitful.

There is no refund available for this garbage of a service as it is an automatic payment and they do not care as you basically sign up for a subscription for something you only plan to use once. Their gun sale documentation is garbage as you need a notary for final proof of gun sale (at least where I am located). Horrible customer service due to lack of reading comprehensions, willful ignorance, or simply a bunch of a-holes stealing peoples' money. Of course banks are just as useless, so now I am getting a new card. I would not recommend using this service.

Went on an established an acct and had a 7 day trial period. Planned on doing 3 different forms but after trying the first one was not impressed and after 4 days cancelled it. Then several days later was charged for a monthly subscription of $39.99 and didn't see my cancellation. Cancelled again but nope, too late you are stuck with the first months charge, period! Horrible customer service and a scam!

Beware! Don't fall for the offer of a free 7day trial. They will find a reason not to give you a refund.

Unstructured Company
March 17, 2023

Initially signing up for this platform was easy, I thought and felt that I could utilize the services forms, and other documents such as creating documents for my business. Later I was unable to log in I attempted to troubleshoot myself and was redirected to basically re-sign up I added an alternative email. Today I found out they use my alternative email to set up a new account debited my account but I did not have access to the initial account or the new account that was set up. I found it to be a very big issue when I went to create invoices and was redirected to a secondary platform for invoices where I had to pay an additional fee; that raised red flags with me and I did not or do not choose to move forward.
After requesting to speak to someone other than the customer service rep I was told that they do not have a corporate office, they do not have supervisors or managers to speak with, and I was talked to in a very nice and nasty way. I do not suggest this company for anyone that is conducting business-like transactions.

EForms was somehow able to get my payment information and began debiting my account monthly. The issues are:
- I never signed up for eForms
- I thought it was Eversign charging my bank account (the service that I actually use)
- Each and every debit is marked as in-person debit card swipe to my bank account

They mark the debits as in-person swipes so that they are almost impossible to dispute as unauthorized transactions. I've tried working with the company to recover my money for a service that I never signed up for, never used, and never intended to use. They have failed to initiate a refund for every transaction and I will now have to report these transactions as fraud to my bank account.

One of the worst experiences I've had with an online business in years.

I found this website during a Google search for leasing agreements. I simply selected the state where my property is located, filled out my half of the form, put in my credit card information, downloaded the form for printing, and canceled my subscription. My card won't be charged unless I need to use this site again. I'll use it in the future if I need similar documents.

After searching around for simple and free lease agreements, I quickly found eforms and was pleasantly surprised that they offer truly free docs. I was able to utilize their template builder and download the document in word once finished. The document encompassed all the necessary points of info without cluttering it with small details
