The dedication of the faculty is indeed worth mentioning. My instructor has been patient, understanding and supportive.
However, I'm surprised about the course content! It seems to just touch upon advanced content and topics but not dwell on them in depth which would actually be extremely beneficial since everyone is training to be able and efficient enough for the IT industry.
The topics do not absolutely do justice to the price. Regarding resources to help students who request for more information and study materials, it's disheartening to see that if one thinks about it - the entire course is just an amalgamation of Edureka YouTube videos which are easily available! So it's only fair to expect in depth content.

That being said, basics are taught in an excellent manner. Also, a few from the support team have been helpful too.

I enrolled in a cyber security course. Their portal is very strong and full of features. They provide chapter-wise classroom recordings, demos, assignments, and quizzes. The instructor was very patient while answering most of the doubts. They extended the class by 6 hrs (2 classes) to complete the syllabus. Customer service is also good. It would be good if Edureka provides support for video sharing of instructors while teaching.

I took Devops training from Edureka, they have a really knowledgeable trainers and being a very vast subject they teach you in a way you'll understand and grasp the topics. If practical can be added during class it will be awesome.
