Website initially said my card was declined twice. I called the bank who said they had not declined anything. I called edubirdie an after 1 1/2 hours I was told they charged me twice just pick a writer. I did so but not funds in my account. Called again and was told I would be contacted by email. Then told no transactions would go through and to charge again. Finally paid with PayPal and got paper going. A lot of run around, getting conflicting information etc. previous paper written here was riddled with plagiarism. Should've found another company but will next time. Be very careful and watch everything or they will take your money and give you a weak product.
