I had used it for several papers I had missed or procrastinated on and the papers I got back are far from disappointing. Post-secondary papers are far too complex for these writers to meet requirements, I don't put the full blame on the writers but their policies make no sense at all. No refunds but they could redo the assignment for you I received an F on every paper I've done through them. Luckily my prof gave me a second chance to redo them as I went through and redid all of them myself, even with the redo I got from their end come to about the same result. Post-secondary students stay away may work for high school students, their essays are usually full of meaningless big words that don't correlate at all with the required information. I hope one day to get a refund because this is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the highest grade for any work. For this reason, we have the "release payment" option, which allows you to check your full paper to be sure you are satisfied with it and if necessary ask the writer to revise it before paying (releasing money to the writer).

I've lost quite a bit of money. Although I usually pay for premium quality work, it's virtually useless most of the time as the writer almost never follows through with premium quality writing, and lazily inserts sources by in-text citations, even when the paper requires analysis. It's especially sad that I've received entirely plagiarized essays that your system hasn't detected as being plagiarized, but on Grammarly is over 50% unoriginal almost every time.
