The writer gave me two completely messed up essays off topic. My deadline was already reached and I had to write my own essay. I contacted customer service and they did nothing to help. They ended the conversation without coming to a resolution. They scammed me out of my money.

I have been a regular user of Edu Birdie and today was by far one of the worst cases. I ordered 2 pages for the work and most of the code was already written for the writer so it only needed a few changes, the writer informed me that I would need 4 more pages but there is never a code that takes that many pages when it is a simple task and most of it is already written? I then went on to contact live support and she informed me that I cant get a refund or a new writer since the writer has already been working on the task. I asked her can i see the work done so far and there was no evidence of any work being done so far and she told me to wait a few hours for him to upload the draft. I dont get why I would need to wait for something that is already "partially done" especially when the writer was online during this time and the excuse for not uploading the draft by the live support lady was that hes working on other assignments right now. How long does it take for the assignment to be uploaded? The writer told the live support lady that in reality 6 more pages would be needed when he told me 4 and in no way would that task ever take more than 2 pages maximum. Pretty Awful experience if I say so and very dodgy. I would advice you to avoid this website!

So I ordered an essay which was about coding. After receiving the work I had to release the payment since i could not copy and paste the code to see if it works. After doing this the Code did not run and had many errors while also did not follow every instruction. The writer said i will redo the work 2 days before the deadline, on the day before the deadline I asked if it would be done and she said it would be done in 2 hours... 6 hours later i had received no work and missed the deadline. After this she ignored my messages on purpose to avoid me until i contacted support which then she replied saying "I cant do the work, please reassign it to someone else." So she made me wait until the deadline, missed it then said she couldn't do it. Bare in mind the policy is u have 14 days for the writer to fix the work. They said i could not receive any refund while not understanding that you have to copy and paste the code to see if it works as coding is not the same as a essay. The writer was very rude by ignoring me after the payment was sent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
She helped me with a great essay and followed instructions.

Even tho the writer agrees with your payment, the system will force you to pay more than that, I greed to pay the writer $15 however even tho I asked the support to lower the bid they told me they can't so basically they force me to pay $28 for one page project rather than $15
