I was very skeptical about hiring someone to do my math homework. I read good reviews from this site, so whatever, I gave in. When I received my work, the rules were not followed. I provided both a rubric and a template that needed to be used. I reached out and let the writer know that she needed to fix that. She was fast at fixing the template issue. Since the work was "done," I released the funds to be able to turn in my assignment. I finally received my grade for the assignment, an F! I received 44%! It stated it did not follow the rubric, some specific topics weren't covered, and the math was incorrect. When I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, I was turned down and said that I released the funds since I was "satisfied"; therefore, I could not receive a refund. I then told them, If I wanted an F, I could not have turned in an assignment and received an F for free. Why would anyone wanna pay to receive a horrible score? I replied to the customer service person and asked them how I could be satisfied with an assignment before receiving a grade. I only released the funds because I needed to turn in the assignment. Their email to me stated, "Unfortunately, we don't guarantee a high grade," yet their website specifically states, "We guarantee good results and proper grades at school." So which one is it? They also state, "Customer satisfaction is our priority." Does not seem like it!
I believe a better way should be for them to charge a deposit or half up front. Deliver the assignment, the student submits an assignment, and once the grade is received, if an A or B is received, then release the remainder funds on hold. Of course, they won't do that, though! Whoever is willing to pay for an F, hire them!
Luckily I learned my lesson and will never hire anyone to do my work! I was short on time and required a hand. Moving forward, I'm planning my time better! That's what I get for hiring someone to do my work!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HIRING ANYONE FROM THIS WEBSITE! ALL OF THEIR PICTURES LOOK FAKE, I GOOGLED ONE, AND IT BELONGED TO A WHOLE OTHER PERSON. I AM REPORTING TO BBB, AS I HAVE SCREENSHOTS FOR EVERYTHING. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
