Took payment and didn't provide access to what I paid for. Refused to refund my money. Stay well away.

Some months ago I tried to access the site and got to edigitalplace.com, but it is a marketing firm. When I pressed the "go to site" button on this revue site, I was again on the marketing site. If I google edigitalplace, I can get to the channel page, but if I try to go to "home" from google. I get the marketing site.

I signed up to eDigitalPlace so I could watch the Rugby and so far I've got to say I haven't had any problems most of the time the picture has been high quality occasionally the picture will buffer. I initially signed up to the monthly plan as I was a bit skeptical but have since signed up to the yearly plan. As for support I have got in contact with them once and got a reply within a couple of hours.

Canceled the same day I started it because it didn't work at all. I was never connecter for 1 minute. The continued to charge my card for months. I had to cancel the card to get them to stop.

SCAM. They charged 45$ to my credit card though I requeted to cancel service within a day if signing uo. Ticket entered was just sitting there. No one answered. Since they charged 45$ anyway, I have attempted to watch a match during which the connection failed at crucial moment and never worked after that. Even when it works the video quality is very poor. Not sure how to get them to respond

These guys are TOTAL scammers.

Just had a terrible experience with them where they refused to refund me $45 that they had taken from my account in circumstances where they made it impossible to me to get into my account to cancel it.

They're a disgraceful outfit - AVOID.

What a rip off. Never worked. I emailed to cancel before my 5 days were up. They charged me for a year. Please don't fall in to their trap.

Subscribed thinking that if it too fantastic to believe but it was not, actually it really was. Not once could I watch a program without stuttering or interuption. Basically they record then try to sell back as real time. This service is really poor and they get you in to subscribe then under deliver.

All the adjectives used by others who have attempted to use the service: scam, rip off, terrible, unethical and avoid like the plague are all true in our experience. They prey on peoples passion for sport and offer no service of any kind. Trying to communicate with them and be reimbursed is akin to pulling teeth. Companies like this should be shut down - disgusted.

We signed up for so we could watch the NFR with the three year program. Last year it was so slow didn't see but a moment here and there. This year they say we don't have a subscription, well that was a waste of money. Trying to get hold of them was a joke.

I will not agree or disagree with others because i don't know the past but i want to say now from last year the website is great. All channels are Premium and HD now.

Signed up, watched one game a year ago. Contact email is no good "delivery notice fail". Took my money easy enough. Dont sign up!

They trick you into signing up and then don't let you out of their sneaky contract. I have spent 2 days (so far) trying to cancel their scam.

I joined and payed for a full year in advance so I could watch my Denver Broncos play. The site immediately did not work so I joined a different service that DID work. I immediately asked for a refund which they would not give! Then it took them an entire week to fix the problem so I gave them a piece of my mind! Now they won't even let me sign on- THEY ARE NOT ONLY TOTALLY INEPT BUT UNETHICAL TOO!

I don't know how these people are allowed to stay in business. I paid my subscription, went to log-on and it kept telling me to subscribe. You can't find a phone number to call anyone, but there was an email for support. I wrote to them and had my email returned as undeliverable. But I found the charges on my credit card. I have contacted my card company and told them this is a fraudulent charge.
