Its easy to input your credit card details and get your money taken but thats where the problems start. There is an endless loop of trying to get an access at all to any live feeds. Forget trying to make it work on an android phone, it just points you back to a dead link on the home page and stays there. It took me about three hours of time, including endless login resets, to get anything that looked like a live feed and then it was just full of advertisements, interruptions, buffering etc. Its a complete rip off. And they won't offer a refund!
I don't get all the negative reviews. It always works for me and for the price you get all the sports channels plus most of the pay channels. This is a steal! I've been using it for 3 yrs in our RV and it rocks!

I signed up today to try to watch the National Championship in women's basketball. Never got anything except told to turn my device off/on. Don't think they have a clue what they're doing. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY! About all I was told when I asked them for refund on card was... read the customer agreement.

Never works when trying to watch sport on Sky channels. Continual buffering and hanging. Techs try to placate with advice like turn your router / laptop off and then on again... The issue is with their service. DONT SIGN UP

I have been using this service more that 2 years ago and Now have plan to send this service to my dear one as a gift. Really love the service and their service is improved day by day. Love the effort! Highly recommended to all sports fan!
I paid the money to live stream an event. Never got to watch the event. Nothing came up but pop ups and game adds. I tried for 2 hours, nothing. Sent a ticket by email telling them the service isn't working at all. Support just said sorry, non refundable, and sent a bunch of links that sent me right back into ads. DO NOT PAY THE MONEY, THIS SERVICE GIVES YOU ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOUR MONEY.
I just thought I'd add to my review of a few months ago. I recently travelled to New Zealand (Sth Island) for a short 2week family holiday. I used hotel WiFi in Picton, Lake Tekapo and Queenstown to access MotoGP, F1 and NRL. All brilliant HD with no buffering or freezing. Very, very happy. The new menu page with time zone info and programme details is a great improvement too.

Service worked so so for a few games, froze up on others, couldnt access until long after game started and now cannot access at all! Absolutely disgusted! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT I SAY DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CRAP! IT SUCKS! Selected only one star because you cant select 0 SURPRISE!
Channels are 20K HD so you can't able to watch in Low Bandwidth
They didn't provide the service they claimed they would and then lied to me about giving me my refund.

Here is what I'm going through right now with them...
I Have tried for 2 hours and 54 minutes to do what you have told me. I have tried on my iphone, my ipad and on my computer to do each and every one of these steps. I have used different browswers... chrome, internet explorer... i have cleared cache and history on each device, each browser. Every single time, every time i get the same error on each one. Invalid user name. So tell me this... if I can log onto this account with my user name and password to enter this information into the ticket... WHY would i be getting that error from the streaming site? I would think because you have not communicated that i have a paid for active account. OR you have not uploaded my info to the 247livetv. Why is it that you have taken this long to really fix the problem? I have sent you copies of the invoice showing i have paid for a one year subscription. You can see on my profile I have an active paid subscription.

Couldn't watch the Patriots online live... found this site after looking for a year and spending money on other apps... so so happy I found it! Never had a problem with it. Read all the bad reviews and didn't understand them. Maybe they changed something. I couldn't believe how good it is!

I have read the bad reviews & I disagree. At 1st I thought it was a scam bc I tried to pay with 3 different cards & all rejected. Sent a customer service email & not only did they reapond the same day but they gave me 1 month free & a link to pay. Im on Xfinity wifi Hotspot so my service isnt great but this site is. I get every college & NFL game as well as UFC pay per view. Pay for the year its worth it!

I don't understand the people who say this is a scam. I was billed once for my year long membership, which just expired, and watched all the games I wanted to during that time. The recently send me an email to renew, which I probably will. Its a great way to see games not broadcast on network in my area.
