I had a hunch this was going to be a problem. Now, I have found this website that tells me BIG MISTAKE to do business with this outfit. I am hoping I get my merchandise, which was purchased as a gift.

I also ordered from here, but website acted wierd so I backed out of it. Checked my account and 3 charges for over $360.00. Contacted my bank and filed complaint with Attorney General. 2 days later the website got taken over by Homeland Security> They are now under another website name of SportsWelcome.com BEWARE!

This site is a major RIP OFF. Placed an order and never received a confirmation #. When I emailed the to cancel my order, they billed me an express delivery charge of $100.42 to ship from China. After the delivery, I was unable to return package because there was no return address and all emails go unanswered. STAY AWAY!

I fell into the same hole as everyone else with Edgefans. (aka classyjersey) Wished I would have seen this site first...
Ordered before Christmas (10 day guarantee before Christmas) Two Blackhawk Jerseys (and a free cap for placing order for 2 jerseys!)... AFTER Christmas (second week of January) received Jerseys (tooooo large) and the workmanship on one jersey sucked.(my spouse could have sewn it better! And that's not saying much!) Never did get the "free" Blackhawk cap. It is apparent after the fact, you find out your dealing outside of the US, (my order arrived, "shipped from" China with a stop in New York) now I am dealing with shipping charges to "China". So, I was willing to suck up the one jersey but wanted replacement of the poor quality jersey--they finally did respond, I took pictures as they requested of the jersey... more e-mails (my end) more runaround stories... after many correspondences (mostly my end) in January 29,2011 they offered" "... we do hope you can keep both of these 2 jerseys, for the "damaged" jersey you keep the jersey and we refund you 20USD as an atonement; for other jersey size problem, you keep the jersey and send us 60USD, we will ship a total new jersey to you. And we will ship 2 hats for free to you if you agree my suggestion, sincerely customer service dept." Thank goodness I didn't bite on that offer! I responded, that I didn't owe any money, I was not paying another dime and they needed to just exchange the poor quality workmanship jersey--and that I wanted the "free" hat that they never shipped out to me! It is now the middle of April, still no response from e-mails (February) and a follow-up first week of April.
Sunnyside: I did receive 2 rather LARGE jerseys... and have learned a valuable lesson-- and will definitely use PayPal next time (sounds like most of you received refund/compensation)
--I have to agree with Stanley S (1/6/10)..."if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." and better yet---
Buy products in the good old U.S.A. that are MADE in the U.S.A. (if the price is a bit high, in the long run-- it is well worth it!)

Like others in this post, I found edgefans.com and thought it was a pretty legitimate site. I was pleased to see what I was looking for but had a few questions on the item I wanted.

Surprisingly, I emailed the site and received responses instantly. I ended up placing an order on 1/29/11. This is when my frustration began.

I was told that I would receive notice of shipment within 48 hours of my order being approved. My daily emails were going un-noticed as it became almost a week after placing my order. After not hearing for a week and reading these posts, I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. I sent multiple requests per day and still received no response.

Finally, after 10 days, I received an inquiry on why I wanted my order to be cancelled. I explained my situation and they told me my order already shipped. By the time I received that email (2/9/11), I received notice from the USPS that a package was waiting for me.

After finally receiving the package, I inspected the jersey and overall I'm pretty pleased. There were some minor things like the "dirt" or "dust" that came over from the shipping (mentioned in previous threads below). Other than that, I think it's a good product.

Just be aware however, that returning the item is pretty much useless since there is no exact return address on the shipping label and again, when I try to contact their "customer service" or lack thereof, I receive no response.

I was ordering an NFL Jersey for my grandson's birthday and it seemed like a legitimate site until I hit proceed to checkout and a box came up that said the language had to be changed to Chinese. I hit the cancel button and another screen appeared saying the website was not valid. I nearly cried. I never got any kind of confirmation and my emails have not been replied to. There was no phone number to contact anyone. My account has been charged for more than the item because of an exchange rate according to the bank. If I don't receive the item in 5 days I will have to file a claim with my bank.

I can add my name to the list of people scammed. I had similar experience to other reviews I have read. Supposedly my order was shipped from Shanhai and I'm still waiting. I have a track number but don't believe any of this. After finding this site and reading these reviews I raced to the bank to cancel my card. I hope I caught it in time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a hockey jersey for my son for Christmas. The site said 6 days for delivery. I paid through Paypal. I finally received the item after Christmas and it is not what I ordered. There is no phone number and it is impossible to return. I contacted Paypal for a dispute. I also disputed it with my credit card. The website is a scam. Jerseys are not authentic.

I ordered a jersey on 12/9 and paid through paypal $79.99. It never came and after reading the last emails - it appears we have been all duped! I filed a legal complaint through paypal and hoping for some resolution. I plan to take very legal action I can to see that this person is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE MY DAUGHTER WAS SCAMMED AS WELL. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AS WELL AND ONLY REC'D 1 EMAIL BACK. I ALSO CALLED THE NUMBER (MORE THAN ONCE) AND LEFT MESSAGES THAT HAVE GONE UNRETURNED. I JUST SENT ANOTHER EMAIL AND ALSO TOLD THEM I WOULD BE CONTACTING THE BSB. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a jersey for a gift and it has been a nightmare! Similar story, I could not not find my order on line. I e mailed and was given a fake order number. I also called and message sounded like it was from someones home phone. I also e mailed numerous times and was told order had been shipped and would forward a tracking number. NEVER happened. Money was taken from my account and I never received product. When I tried to call back the number had been removed from the site. DO NOT ORDER!

Stay away. I purchased merchandise in early December sent several emails and heard back saying we shipped your merchandise and will send you the tracking information shortly. I have sent several emails and have not heard back. STAY AWAY from this site. STAY AWAY they are a fraud. STAY AWAY.

I purchased jerseys and when the money disappeared out of my account I still had not received a confirmation. I then sent an email and received one back stating they had received my order and that it would ship out in 48 hours and that they would send me a tracking number. This was a week ago and I still have nothing. I called the number on the website and got an answering machine stating the person I am trying to reach is not available. There was not one word that the voice mail was for edgefans. I left a message and also sent another email to which I have had neither one responded to. Needless to say I believe that the website is a scam and that I will never see the shirts or my money ever again. If this website is not a scam they have the worst customer service I have ever had and I will never order on line ever EVER again.

This website ripped me off. I ordered and the payment went through, i never recieved an email with confirmations, looked at my bank account and the money cleared but i have not heard from them. After i did some research i found other peoples reviews saying they got ripped off. This website is a scam. I have sent 2 emails and have not recieved a responce.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
