Got what I ordered sooner than expected, great product very happy!

Would prefer to ship USPS to Hawaii flat rate box priority

The ground clips (tabs) was a substitute for unirac rail; they don't work as good as the original UNIRAC GRD. CLIPS

Had to call due to an address billing and shipping difference. Brian helped put the order through with no problem.

Your site was very easy to use. Your delivery was very prompt following the placement of my order.

Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday according to the original email so I stayed home from work to receive it only to get a call from the shipping company around 10:30 saying it would be delivered the next day.

Shipping seems incredibly expensive and the 4 options to choose from were not well described as to what each would require on the receiving end.

Great experience so far

I ordered a hitch for a Ford Edge. The hitch I received was for a Ford Edge, however, the directions and mounting hardware were for Chevy vehicles. I bought the light kit at the same time. Whoever wrote the directions obviously has never installed it on a Ford Edge. It was much more complicated than what the directions said.
